WHO WE ARE

We are a full-service event management firm based in the Nation’s Capital that specializes in dog events. That’s right. You read correctly. Dog events. Because let’s face it, dog parents love to celebrate their furry friends. At VonRuff Events, we treat our dogs like they are our children and as such, our goal is to make each event as unique and special as your furry best friend.

We also pride ourselves in creating human events. Our events capabilities are custom and run the gamut, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us even if you don’t have a dog. We won’t hold that against you.

MP, our Founder + CEO, is an events + communications executive with over 20 years of experience in event design, marketing, management and communications. Her clients have included the the Komen National Race for the Cure (Race Director), the U.S. Army, INOVA Schar, Genentech (of which the "Birth of Biotech" event at the Smithsonian won the PR + Events team a Silver CLIO), USPS, US Census, CMS, JDRF Walk, American Cancer Society and others.
